The Tuttle Agency, New York’s premier staffing agency, has partnered with CRI, a nationally recognized Human Resources Performance Development Company, to assist employers in the development and retention of their employees through the use of Performance Management Systems and Performance Appraisals.
This initiative is being accomplished via interactive webcast focus groups. Each focus group is comprised of employers interested in developing a Performance Management System or improving the Performance Management System they currently use to better achieve their goals and objectives. Retaining top performing employees and developing others to reach their maximum effectiveness should be a primary objective for every organization.
Focus group discussions include the following topics:
- Pros and Cons of Performance Appraisals
- What comprises an effective Performance Management System
- The need for different Performance Appraisals for each job category
- What effective Performance Appraisals should include
- Internet options available to build Performance Appraisal templates
- Methods for encouraging managers and supervisor to complete Performance
- Internet/Software options to make the Performance Appraisal process easier
- Focus Group participant discussion of experiences with Performance Management Systems and Performance Appraisals.
Focus Group sessions are by invitation only and compliments of co-hosts Tuttle and CRI. Focus Group sessions are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. The Focus Group sessions are teleconferences augmented with information presented via the internet are educationally oriented with open discussion encouraged.
